24 Hours of Heroes Goes Down Under!

We are BEYOND EXCITED to welcome the Australia team to our 24 Hours of Heroes community!

Daniel Olford, Beau Whitton, and Maxine Burnett of Nepean Crossfit in Jamisontown, New South Wales, are leading the charge on the upcoming event on April 17th and 18th. Beginning at 8am on the 17th, teams of 6 will complete one Hero workouts every hour for the full 24 hours! They have partnered with Wounded Heroes Australia, in support of their Homeless Heroes program.

We have gotten to know the AU team over the last few months after coordinating many Zoom meetings across our 16hr time zone difference, and we couldn’t have hoped for a better group of individuals dedicated to our cause to spearhead the international growth of 24 Hours of Heroes. Who would’ve thought that only a few short months after going coast-to-coast at our own 2020 event, we would expand our reach to the other side of the world! We are so grateful to our community and to the worldwide CrossFit community for supporting and embracing our event and allowing us to make these connections that we never would have imagined back in 2016.

Stay tuned for more details coming soon on 24 Hours of Heroes Australia - we can’t wait to see what they have in store!
