Join us for 24 Hours of Heroes

Let’s come together as a community to raise funds & awareness for Canadian Veterans & first Responders living with operational stress injuries through our partnership with Wounded Warriors Canada | November 9 & 10, 2024

Registration Steps & Details:

If you haven’t yet, make sure to check out this year’s hero workouts and biographies so that you know which workout(s) you plan to tackle.
If you’re a Gym Owner or First Responder looking to set up a team for your gym or station, please email isabelle@24hoursofheroes.com.

 Step 1: Click here to visit our Race Roster event page

 Step 2: Select location (“Sub-Event” selection)

  • Choose to participate at home (remote participant) or at a host gym location

  • This will take you to a more detailed registration page. Confirm that you have selected the correct location.

Step 3: Complete personal information section

Step 4: Add yourself to a team

  • If registering to participate AT A HOST GYM: Select ‘Yes, add this registrant to a team created by someone else’ and select your gym from the drop-down menu

  • If registering to participate AS A REMOTE PARTICIPANT: Select ‘No’, or feel free to create your own ‘team’ amongst other friends participating remotely (non-gym participants only please!)

Step 5: Select which workout(s) in which you wish to participate

*Note: Some host gyms have limited selection to only one WOD, so choose wisely!

Step 6: Agree to waiver

Step 7: Add donation amount

  • Please note a minimum of $20 donation per participant. This goes directly to the fundraising efforts for Wounded Warriors Canada.

  • Under ‘How would you like to apply this donation’, select either your own fundraising page or your gym’s fundraising page! If you select your own page, it will still count towards your gym’s fundraising total as long as you added yourself to your gym’s team in the 3rd step!

Step 9: Share your individual and/or team fundraising page

  • You’re encouraged to share on on social media and with friends and family to try to win the top fundraising spots and awesome prizes - but also just to help support a really important cause.

Step 10: Get pumped for November 9th & 10th!

  • Don’t forget to follow our social account @24hoursofheroes to get ongoing event and fundraising updates :) Our goal this year is to raise over $85,000 - and we truly believe our community has what it takes.
